Inoculate your own mushroom log at one of our workshops and grow Shiitakes at home. We have only 3 classes scheduled this winter (and we won't be adding any like we have done in past years). Come alone and make new friends, come with a group of friends or make it a family outing!

Registration fee includes all supplies and one inoculated mushroom log per registered person to take home. The first workshop is Saturday, February 9, 2013 10 a.m. - noon. The registration cutoff is February 1 or when class is full whichever comes first. 

Other dates are Saturday, March 2 (registration cutoff February 22) and March 23 (registration cutoff March 15)
